Commenting on this year’s shortlist, Chris said: "The panel has been incredibly impressed by the high quality of entries for this year’s awards, whilst the diverse range of organisations represented in the shortlist we have agreed on is particularly interesting. That Jersey is able to boast strong leaders from all corners of island life is clearly good news and we look forward to celebrating the success of all finalists at the ceremony in April.”

Michael Cushing, Jersey Managing Partner, Appleby, added: “Having been involved with these Awards since their inception in 2010, it’s impressive that Jersey continues to show real strength in depth when it comes to producing strong leaders. The last few years have been testing for the private, public and voluntary sectors, but this year’s shortlist demonstrates that those individuals who are creative, innovative and dynamic can help steer their organisations towards a successful future.”
